Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Parental leave Qualifications Food production Customer communication Quality assurance experience within food and beverage industry Manufacturing facility experience HACCP Process management Full Job Description Position Overview Responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring food safety and quality compliance, and overseeing line workers, customer communications, and supply ordering. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Manufacturing & Quality Operations Manage hands-on daily production, workflow, and output quality. Implement and maintain HACCP standards and food safety procedures. Produce and test samples for new product development. Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility supplies (monitoring and reordering). Address facility/equipment issues and escalate them to upper management promptly. Coordinate with delivery drivers and step in to cover shifts as needed. 2. On-Site Staff Management Create, manage, and adjust daily shift schedules. Direct, train, and guide general production line staff. Monitor daily work progress and step in to assist line workers during peak operations. Report staffing and resource requirements to upper management. 3. Customer & Administrative Support Process and summarize customer orders. Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, shipping, and delivery status. Conduct final quality inspections before product delivery. Handle order billing and basic invoice management. 4. Vendor & Inventory Management Audit inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials to place vendor orders. Manage equipment, operating supplies, and vendor purchase requests.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
