QA Data Coordinator WaveCrest Staffing Group - 3.4 Gardena, CA Job Details Contract $20 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Qualifications Laboratory procedures Multitasking Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Associate's degree Full Job Description Job Summary Our client, a chemical and pharmaceutical materials manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Documentation Clerk to support its laboratory operations. This role focuses on reviewing and processing production batch documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness, and entering data into the company's electronic system. The position also partners with laboratory support staff on tasks such as supply ordering and preparation of quality documentation. Key Responsibilities Review production batch documentation for completeness and compliance with company procedures before entering data into the internal system. Handle records for products spanning a range of quality grades, from industrial-use materials to products produced under pharmaceutical regulations. Apply strong Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when handling and processing records received from multiple sources. Prepare and review quality documents, including Certificates of Analysis, as needed. Collaborate with laboratory teams and other departments to meet documentation requirements across sites. Track assigned work through reports and shared inboxes to ensure timely completion. Keep workstations and shared areas clean and organized. Support laboratory projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Any field of study considered, with a science background preferred. Basic understanding of metric units and conversions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Prior experience in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
