Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing quality systems while providing leadership in the continued development of the Company's Quality Management System. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing shop floor support with strategic quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Quality Management Systems & Compliance
- Provide leadership for the continued development and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure ISO 9001 and customer-specific compliance.
- Support audits, management reviews, and customer quality assessments.
- Drive continual improvement of quality processes. Manufacturing Quality Operations
- Build and lead IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQA, and Quality Laboratory operations.
- Develop inspection methods, sampling plans, inspection documentation, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain Control Plans, inspection plans, and production quality documentation.
- Train production personnel and establish quality checkpoints throughout manufacturing. Customer, Supplier & NPI Quality
- Lead SCAR responses, CAPA, 8D, and root cause investigations.
- Develop supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, FAI, and NPI quality planning. Continuous Improvement & Leadership
- Reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
- Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and quality KPI improvements.
- Build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing quality organization. Qualifications
- 7+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
- 3+ years in quality leadership.
- Experience building manufacturing quality systems.
- Strong
ISO 9001
knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. Preferred Experience
