Quality Assurance Specialist & Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Under the direction of the COO, ensure compliance with all contractual mandates through chart audits, outcome analysis, and records management. Reviews client records, assessments, care plans, and progress notes, creates timely and accurate reports. Monitors High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team functions and facilitates supervisory oversight of team meetings. Provide individual clinical supervision to both MFT and MSW interns registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences. Perform additional clinical and administrative duties, including training of staff, development of policies and procedures, and attending meetings to remain current on QA and QI trends.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with Federal, State, and County documentation, policies, and procedures. Experience with Quality Assurance and Continued Quality Care Management. Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Welligent a plus). Clinical supervisory experience, crisis management, and

Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy. Post 2 years licensed as a CA BBS LCSW and evidence of the 15 hours supervision training required.
