Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment

Master's degree Demonstrated success implementing strategic quality initiatives across complex manufacturing operations The successful Director of Quality will provide strategic leadership for the organization's quality systems, driving operational excellence through the development of world-class quality processes and a culture of continuous improvement. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to enhance product quality, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen compliance across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
