RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily quality inspection activities (IQA, FQC, FQA). Provide direction and support to quality inspectors and technicians. Ensure consistent application of quality standards across all assembly processes. Approve timecards and manage time-off requests for QA inspectors, ensuring adequate staffing levels and proper cross-functional coverage to support all inspection activities.
Ensure compliance with:
IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC J-STD-001, IPC 7711/7721
Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications and reliability requirements. Drive adherence to workmanship standards and internal quality procedures. Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities Ensure timely closure of MRB and RMA cases Follow up with root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming materials developing, monitoring, maintaining, and revising methodologies to ensure products shipped to customers meet the expected quality and reliability requirements. Prepare Bar Charts and Pareto charts for IQA, MRB, Optical Inspection, wave solder, scrap, and final QA reports. All reports fall under QA Supervisor position function. Update monthly and yearly yield reports for the above charts and reports. (Test reports are under the testing group and do not fall under the QA Supervisor function). Participate in internal audit and led the team in preparing a report.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Qualification Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Certifications:
IPC-A-610
Experience (Years & Fields)
Experience:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality management within an electronics contract manufacturing environment is preferred. A thorough understanding of
IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC 7711/7721. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Attention to detail Project management Team collaboration Leadership and team leading skill Conflict resolution Organization and resourceful Technical skills: Experience in ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO16949 and
ISO14001.
Microsoft office ERP systems WMS Software Experience in quality standards
