In this role, you will bridge the gap between innovative product concepts and flawless market execution, ensuring every item we produce is a gold-standard example of safety and integrity.

The Impact You'll Make:

Audit Mastery:

Lead the charge in implementing and maintaining the BRCGS program, serving as our primary ambassador during third-party and regulatory audits.

Strategic Safety:

Direct our HACCP and HARPC food safety plans, identifying potential hazards before they reach the production floor.

Supplier Partnership:

Curate an elite network of partners by managing a robust supplier approval program and conducting risk-based audits.

System Innovation:

You will modernize our QMS, streamlining SOPs and CGMPs (21 CFR 117/111) for maximum efficiency.

Quality Culture:

Act as a mentor and leader, training teams across the org to foster a quality-first mindset.

Problem Solving:

Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA programs to transform customer feedback into operational wins.

Who You Are:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology) and 5+ years of progressive QA/QC experience.

Certification:

You are a certified PCQI and HACCP expert with 3+ years mastering BRCGS standards in manufacturing.

Tech-savvy:

Possess deep knowledge of FDA regulations and a sharp eye for data analysis and reporting.

High standards:

Have a hands-on leadership style and aren't afraid to dive into microbio or chemical test results to ensure compliance. Experience with Organic, Kosher and/or Halal certifications is a plus.
