Job Description
We are seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to support quality assurance and quality control activities for mechanical construction projects. This role ensures work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, and established QA/QC procedures. As the QA/QC Supervisor, you will lead the QA/QC Project Team by setting clear expectations, actively coaching direct reports, and ensuring consistent execution of quality processes. You will oversee First‑In Inspections to reduce fabrication and installation risk, promote timely resolution of quality issues, and monitor recurring problems to ensure systematic corrections. This position provides hands‑on leadership, daily project interface, and real‑time quality risk management across fabrication shops and field sites within a defined geographic area. ASME B31
piping, welding, brazing compliance System walkdowns, hold‑point inspections, pressure tests NCRs, corrective actions, re‑inspections Review drawings, specs, vendor documentation Maintain QA/QC records and reports Coordinate with project teams and support field issue resolution Requirements 8+ years QA/QC (ASME B31, welding, piping, fabrication, NDT) 5+ years construction QA/QC (industrial, process piping, semiconductor, high purity) 3+ years leadership experienceCWI/SCWI
