RimePro Inc Rancho Cucamonga, CA Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $135,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Statistics Quality control statistical data analysis Statistical analysis Bachelor's degree Manufacturing Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description Quality Manager Full Time Position Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCB), coating applications, and lamination processes. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional who will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout our production operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
Key Focus Areas:
PCB Manufacturing Quality | Coating Process Control | Lamination Standards Primary Responsibilities Quality Management & Oversight Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems specific to PCB manufacturing, coating, and lamination processes Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality metrics across all production lines Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Conduct regular quality audits of manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and training on quality procedures and standards Quality Control Oversee inspection processes for PCB fabrication, including visual inspection, automated optical inspection (AOI), and electrical testing Monitor and control critical PCB parameters such as copper thickness, trace width, hole diameter, and registration accuracy Ensure compliance of dept. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university with 3-5 years of directly related manufacturing experience. 3 to 5 years technical project leadership experience preferred (inclusive). Statistical techniques for process and product control a must. Working knowledge of dispersion chemistry a plus. Up-to-date coating, laminating and fabricating technology preferred.
