• What you'll do
• + Lead the site Quality function, setting strategy, goals, and performance metrics aligned to business priorities + Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, government, and regulatory bodies + Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 and

ISO 9001

) + Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits and drive timely corrective actions + Oversee root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and failure investigations + Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies + Manage supplier quality, including audits, corrective actions, and performance monitoring + Lead inspection, testing, and product acceptance across manufacturing operations + Chair Material Review Board activities and manage nonconformance and risk decisions + Deliver executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives

• What you need
• + Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field + 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or defense programs + Strong expertise in aerospace Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102) + Proven leadership in quality engineering, manufacturing, or design + Experience leading teams and managing supervisors or technical staff + Deep knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical process control, and quality tools + Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and statements of work - required + Experience in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing environments is highly preferred + Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Citizen".

• Salary Range:

• $96,600.

00-$128,800.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
