We are seeking a QA Assurance Manager. As a QA Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are safe, hygienic, and in compliance with regulatory standards such as
USDA & FDA.
Responsibilities:
Quality Standards:
Define and implement quality policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with frameworks like GMP.
Testing & Inspection:
Develop testing protocols, oversee product inspections, and track key quality metrics to identify defects early.
Compliance:
Ensure all deliverables meet industry regulations and company safety standards.
Audit & Remediation:
Plan and execute internal and external audits, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for any non-conformances.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor QA personnel, setting measurable performance goals.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related operations role, including team management. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of quality control software and methodologies.
Schedule and Pay:
Starting pay: $40-45/hour (depending on experience)

Monday through
Friday Shift:
