Digital Applications 909-399-1824 office Nancy 949-283-8772 Yvonne 909-402-6026 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Refurbish Team Lead to oversee the refurbishment process within our Appliance manufacturing environment. This role is vital in ensuring that all refurbished products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. As a key leader on the team, you will drive continuous improvement, uphold quality assurance practices, and coordinate daily operations to deliver top-tier results. Duties Lead and supervise the refurbishment team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards in all processes. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, ASME codes & standards, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high-quality output across all refurbishment activities. Oversee data collection and analysis related to product quality, process performance, and defect trends to identify areas for improvement. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols among team members. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with food safety, regulatory/legal standards, and quality systems. Facilitate training sessions on quality assurance practices, regulatory updates, and manufacturing best practices using tools like Microsoft Office for documentation purposes. Rf scanner /pda Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of

GMP, FDA

regulations, and regulatory compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing QA/QC procedures. Knowledge of quality management systems, food safety standards, ASME codes & standards, and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and data analysis purposes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with regulatory bodies, internal teams, and external vendors. Ability to interpret technical specifications related to manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
