As a Quality Control Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all Quality Control laboratory activities. The Manager develops and executes the Quality Control strategy, ensures laboratory systems remain inspection-ready and fit for purpose, and builds organizational capability while driving collaboration across functions. Your Day-to-Day Establish and maintain a culture of safety excellence throughout laboratory operations. Ensure laboratory activities comply with all applicable safety regulations, standards, and company requirements. Own the overall Quality Control program and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. Establish and maintain the strategic roadmap for laboratory systems, methods, technologies, and capability development. Ensure laboratory data integrity, validation programs, method suitability, and compliance systems remain effective and inspection-ready. Ensure Quality Control effectively supports manufacturing schedules, product release needs, and business objectives. Drive improvements in laboratory turnaround times, capacity planning, workflow, and service performance. Own the Quality Control operating budget and resource planning strategy. Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities while maintaining compliance and product quality. Create and sustain a culture of accountability, engagement, development, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Develop leadership capabilities with Team Leads and future leaders. Develop and maintain a multi-year Quality Control roadmap aligned with business objectives. Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field; advanced degree preferred. Experience developing strategy, managing budgets, and leading organizational transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, data integrity, investigations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Must be a U.S. Citizen.
