Job Description Lead and manage the Construction Quality Control (CQC) program for the project from start to finish Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan in accordance with contract requirements Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes Coordinate with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to drive quality outcomes Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation for quality and compliance Identify deficiencies, create corrective action plans, and verify resolution Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and quality excellence on site MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
