Operations Manager / Chief of Operations Role Overview The Quality Control Manager serves as the final internal checkpoint for all fabricated materials. You will verify that every job meets specifications, is fully prepared for installation, and aligns with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Quality Inspection Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, including: Color, thickness, edge profile, finish Measurements and edge profiles Identify and assess defects such as cracks, chips, scratches, issues Complete and document Quality Check Forms (including photos) in Job Well Done Approve and sign off on jobs that meet standards Inspect all fabricated materials prior to installation staging Non-Conforming Work Immediately report quality issues to the Operations Manager Collaborate with fabrication teams on repair solutions Document and escalate remake requirements when necessary Install Readiness Ensure all jobs are fully prepared and organized for installation
Verify:
Sinks and materials are correct, labeled, and staged Job documentation is printed and properly placed Materials are staged on the correct carts and in designated areas Coordinate final checks with Install and Operations teams Quality Standards Enforcement Serve as the primary owner of quality control prior to installation Ensure no job is released without QC approval Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes Daily Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on all scheduled jobs Complete and submit QC documentation Confirm install readiness for outgoing jobs Communicate proactively with Operations, Fabrication, and Install teams What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Effective communication and problem-solving skills Experience in production process, flow and requirements High level of accountability and role ownership
