Job Description
We're hiring a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a high-precision machine shop supporting the aerospace and defense industries . This is a working leadership role. We need someone who can manage and develop the quality team while also being comfortable on the shop floor inspecting parts, reviewing documentation, resolving quality issues, and working directly with customers and manufacturing. The environment is heavily focused on traditional/manual inspection methods and strong quality fundamentals rather than highly automated quality systems.
