Salary:
$90,000 - $95,000/year � Onsite | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality and Inspection team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet customer specifications, maintaining quality management systems, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and managing all quality assurance operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality and Inspection team. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (AS9100/AS9120). Ensure purchased materials and finished products meet quality standards. Develop and monitor KPIs and present quality performance reports. Lead customer and supplier corrective actions, root cause investigations, and non-conformance resolutions using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving tools. Conduct and lead internal quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. Manage customer and supplier quality requirements. Oversee calibration of inspection equipment. Perform and oversee First Article Inspections (AS9102). Analyze customer and supplier on-time delivery performance. Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve quality issues. Train, mentor, and develop quality personnel while promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 7 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 10 years of leadership or management experience . Strong knowledge of AS9100 and/or AS9120 Quality Management Systems . Experience with ISO standards, internal audits, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and quality reporting . Knowledge of aerospace and/or military hardware manufacturing is highly preferred. Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspections . #Pro123
