  • Welder 45 year manufacturer of heavy duty industrial and power plant air pollution control equipment has an opening for a Quality Control Manager to manage quality of large fabricated steel and stainless steel components.
CWI certification required. Successful candidate will prepare procedures, certify welders, and perform inspections of welded components. Knowledge of AWS D1.1 and D 1.6 required. Must be capable and qualified to write WPS and PQR procedures for welding of steel and alloys. Candidate will perform quality oversight of fit-up, fabrication and painting of finished products. Occasional travel to off site fabricators shops may be required. Products include wet scrubbers, thermal oxidizers, gas turbine and industrial furnace SCR's, exhaust stacks, etc. DFWP. Good benefits.
