Job Summary EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Quality Control Manager (QCM) for the Operations and Maintenance Services for the Medical Treatment Facilities of the 96th Medical Group at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. #EGS Essential Duties & Responsibilities Establish and maintain a complete site-specific Quality Control Program (QCP) that is acceptable to the COR and CO to ensure the requirements of the Contract are provided. Responsible for assuring that both contractor and subcontractor personnel follow the requirements of the contractor's Quality Control Plan. Identify deficiencies in the quality of services performed throughout the Contractor's performance of this PWS and implement corrective action before the level of performance becomes unsatisfactory. Monitor the performance of the QC activities in all other work centers covered by the task order and shall provide remedial training as necessary to the responsible personnel at other locations. Qualifications A minimum of two (2) years of experience in QC evaluation and reporting in the fields of construction or facility management work A minimum of two (2) years of experience work in comparably sized hospitals or health facilities.
