Job Description:

My client is currently looking for a QA/QC Manager to support mechanical/plumbing projects in the area. They're a reputable full service contractor that has been serving the state of Florida for many years with a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize on commercial, government, education and hospitality projects. They have a strong reputation in the Florida area and have won many awards for they're work and culture!

What you will be doing:

The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems, including installation methods, applicable codes, and the proper use of trade-related tools and equipment. This individual should understand plumbing and mechanical codes and be capable of performing the math computations required in the trade. They will also promote preventive maintenance practices for tools and equipment and demonstrate knowledge of the safe handling and use of hazardous materials, including solvents, cleaners, and adhesives. Proficiency with modern technology is important, including the ability to effectively use personal computers, tablets, and smartphones in day-to-day operations. What you need for this position: 5+ years of mechanical and plumbing experience.
