Quality Manager ???? Miami, Florida, USA ???? Competitive Salary A growing organisation operating within a regulated manufacturing and distribution environment is looking to hire a Quality Manager to oversee and strengthen the site's Quality Management System (QMS) . This role will take ownership of quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations . You will also act as the primary contact for internal and external audits, supporting the business in maintaining strong compliance and operational quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys improving systems, leading audits, and partnering with operational teams to drive quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System , including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Lead the internal audit programme and coordinate external audits including ISO, FDA, customer, and industry certifications. Ensure policies, procedures, and work instructions remain current and aligned with operational practices. Manage document control processes and maintain audit-ready documentation. Lead investigations into quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Work closely with operations teams to reduce defects, improve processes, and maintain quality standards across the site. Monitor regulatory and industry standard changes and ensure internal processes remain compliant. Support compliance training and promote a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement . Requirements Experience working in quality management, compliance, or regulatory environments . Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001 or similar quality standards . Experience leading internal and external audits . Strong knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality improvement processes . Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
