  • Tampa, Plant City, Lakeland, FL area and
  • Swedesboro, NJ area A well-established, globally active produce company known for its premium fruit programs and vertically integrated supply chain is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support its U.
S. operations. This organization partners closely with growers and customers to deliver consistent, high-quality fresh products across international markets. This role is critical to ensuring product integrity, improving quality visibility, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the fresh produce industry required; experience with fruit handling, inspections, and inventory control strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $72,000-$75,000 base salary
  • Annual bonus potential

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
  • Oversee inbound product inspections and identify quality risks quickly
  • Ensure all quality reports are accurate, completed, and shared within required timelines
  • Track inventory condition, aging product, and prioritize corrective actions
  • Coordinate with inspectors, warehouse teams, and supply chain partners
  • Manage quality-related claims, documentation, and follow-up inspections
  • Analyze and report on quality performance, trends, and operational metrics
