Quality Manager Posted on August 20, 2026 August 20, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain quality standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring products and processes consistently meet established quality requirements while supporting operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Position Responsibilities Quality Management Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures. Establish and monitor quality standards, objectives, and performance metrics. Ensure products and processes comply with applicable customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. Identify quality risks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Quality Assurance & Control Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control activities. Investigate quality issues, nonconformances, and customer complaints. Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans. Monitor quality trends and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce defects, and increase operational efficiency. Partner with operations and other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration Train and support employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with production, engineering, operations, and other teams to resolve quality concerns. Communicate quality performance, findings, and recommendations to leadership. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation. Support internal and external audits as required. Ensure quality procedures and documentation remain current and effective. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of quality control principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
