Quality Manager Lithonia, GA Lead Quality Excellence Across a Manufacturing Operation We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems, process improvement initiatives, compliance programs, audits, and quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a quality leader who enjoys building systems, solving problems, developing teams, and creating a culture focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all plant quality assurance and quality control activities Maintaining and improving quality systems, compliance programs, and audit readiness Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations Managing customer complaints, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations Monitoring plant quality KPIs and leading improvement efforts Developing procedures, quality standards, and work instructions Partnering with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve quality performance Serving as the primary quality leader for internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits Building and developing a high-performing quality team What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing Supervisory or management experience Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, DOE, and Lean methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Proven track record implementing corrective actions and driving lasting improvements Preferred Qualifications ASQ Certification Six Sigma Certification Lean Manufacturing experience Experience in packaging, paper, plastics, chemicals, or related manufacturing environments Multi-shift manufacturing experience Why This Opportunity?
