Norcross, GA Position Overview We are looking for a QA & Document Control Specialist to maintain central quality databases, manage our Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, track KPIs, and ensure compliance across all facilities, customer portals, and supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities Database & QA Analytics:

Maintain central specifications, customer portals (Retail/Foodservice), and QA databases. Log, track, and analyze QA KPIs to generate trend reports.

Document Control:

Manage the QMS document control module, facilitate system migrations, and deploy corporate policies to facilities, suppliers, and co-manufacturers. Train teams on creating SOPs and forms.

Compliance & Audits:

Administer bi-annual FDA facility registrations. Assist with GFSI and plant audit prep. Coordinate regular traceability/recall testing.

CAPA & Quality Assurance:

Track corrective actions for non-compliance across corporate and subsidiary sites. Ensure raw materials and process inputs meet company quality standards.

Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate with QA and Marketing on special studies and product updates. Key Qualifications Experience in QA, QMS, or Document Control within Food & Beverage manufacturing. Familiarity with GFSI standards (SQF/BRC), Gluten-Free certifications, and FDA regulations. Skills in data entry, database management, Excel/reporting tools, and root-cause analysis.
