Job Description

Position Title :
Quality Control (Automotive Manufacturing) ■
Location :
Savannah, GA Montgomery, AL ■
General Responsibilities :
Develop and implement quality control plans, goals, schedules, and procedures for automotive seat mechanism products. Lead and supervise quality control team activities, including task assignments, training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. Oversee inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Manage dimensional measurements, functional testing, and documentation of inspection results and non-conformities. Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes. Address customer quality complaints and coordinate effective solutions with cross-functional teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Prepare and report quality performance and operational status to management. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment preferred. Automotive manufacturing or automotive parts experience is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
