Job Description

[Leapros] Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring QA/QC Project Coordinator (Hiring Manager for IESOS Approval) in Social Circle, GA. The QA/QC Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting quality assurance and quality control initiatives on active construction jobsites. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative skills, direct experience in a construction environment, and the ability to maintain meticulous project documentation using Microsoft Office.

Per Hour BOE Responsibilities:
Coordinate and document daily quality assurance and quality control activities on the construction jobsite. Attend project meetings and site walk-throughs, serving as the primary note-taker to ensure all technical details and action items are captured. Maintain and organize project documentation, including inspection reports, deficiency logs, and verification records. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate weekly reports and track the status of quality-related project milestones. Assist project management in verifying that field installations meet established specifications and standards. Collaborate with field crews and subcontractors to document the resolution of identified quality issues. Manage the collection and filing of close-out documentation and site-specific QA/QC records. Support the project team in maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency across 40-50 hours per week. Communicate project updates and documentation requirements to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience working on an active construction jobsite. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent note-taking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable records. Ability to work a schedule of 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding project documentation and reporting. Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with project managers and field personnel. Proven ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to navigate active construction sites, which may include uneven terrain. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during site inspections and walk-throughs. Ability to sit for prolonged periods to perform computer-based documentation and reporting. May need to occasionally climb stairs or ladders to access different areas of the jobsite. Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending required to review site conditions. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion. Regularly required to use hands and fingers to operate a computer, mobile device, and keyboard.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $28 to $34 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
