Role:

Lead and execute innovative technical activities for manufacturing, focusing on Business Plans, New Models, and Mass Production to meet or surpass Safety, Environmental, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SEQDCM) targets.

Responsibilities include:

Developing manufacturing skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls aspects; providing leadership and clear communication; managing equipment downtime, quality, safety, and efficiency; designing solutions based on PDCA analysis; supporting technical teams; managing budgets and schedules; ensuring quality during equipment implementation; leading technical training; maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related; minimum 8+ years of experience; strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication skills; high technical knowledge and manufacturing experience.
