This is an exciting FSQA opportunity with a $2B+ food manufacturer in Southwest Iowa, part of a large, stable parent organization with a strong track record of consistent growth. The facility is a significant prepared foods manufacturing operation serving major foodservice customers, with approximately 300 employees and 9 production lines. The FSQA Manager will have broad responsibility for site Quality and Sanitation, leading a team of 40+ employees, including 2 FSQ Supervisors and 2 Sanitation Supervisors.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will partner closely with the Plant Manager and site leadership team.
