00/ Hour About the Role At Deibel Laboratories, quality drives everything we do. We're looking for a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System (QMS) at our Twin Falls lab. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring compliance, strengthening processes, and supporting the lab team day-to-day. In close partnership with the Lab Manager, you'll ensure compliance is consistently met through clear expectations, strong communication, and shared accountability. You won't just maintain systems, you'll make them work. What You'll Do Own and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with SOPs, accreditations, and regulatory standards Oversee daily quality activities and documentation review Identify and escalate non-conformance issues; support corrective actions Train and support lab staff on quality expectations Partner with the Lab Manager to align quality with operations What You Bring 1-5 years in a regulated or compliance-driven environment Bachelor's degree preferred (science or related field) Strong understanding of quality systems and documentation Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills Why Deibel Work that directly impacts food safety and public health A team that values ownership, partnership, and accountability Opportunity to make a real impact in how the lab operates
Physical Requirements:
Occasional exposure to laboratory fumes, chemicals, and materials will occur when in the laboratory. Safety equipment of gloves, laboratory coat, and eyeglasses may need to be worn depending on the testing process. Extended time spent in a standing position. Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and 10
