Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shifts Join as a pivotal leader in quality assurance! We're seeking a dynamic QC Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Pleasant Prairie facility, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous standards for quality and compliance. What You'll Do:

Supervise daily activities of QC Incoming Inspectors and QC Line Inspectors to maintain high standards of product quality. Coordinate inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products. Enforce cGMP and quality policies on the production floor and during incoming material inspections. Manage "On Hold" and "Rejected" product programs, tracking status and disposition. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence on-site. Perform additional duties as assigned by the QC Manager to support our quality goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of QC experience in a regulated manufacturing setting (personal care or OTC preferred) Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations and ISO standards Proven experience managing investigations related to non-conformances and deviations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Ability to work a flexible, on-site schedule in Pleasant Prairie, WI Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS), especially during implementation phases Leadership experience or demonstrated potential for growth within a quality organization Experience serving as an on-site quality lead in coordination with broader quality management teams Background in contract manufacturing environments

Preferred Education & Experience:

Relevant technical certifications or training in quality management (preferred but not mandatory)

This role is 100% on-site at our Pleasant Prairie facility, working Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4x10).
