Conflict of minerals SSA DSFR's PPAPs 8Ds CARs What You'll Do Own and maintain the
ISO 9001
Quality Management System Lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues using 8D methodologies and CAR processes Manage PPAP submissions and customer quality requirements Review technical drawings, specifications, metrology data, and inspection results Partner closely with production and engineering teams to improve quality and efficiency Train team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices Support supplier quality and customer-facing quality initiatives What We're Looking For Experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Head of Quality, Quality Supervisor, or related manufacturing quality leadership role Strong working knowledge of
ISO 9001
systems and audits Experience with PPAP Level 3/4 submissions Familiarity with 8D problem solving and Corrective Action Reports (CARs) Knowledge of metrology, inspection processes, and reading technical drawings Manufacturing experience in tooling, machining, metal fabrication, engineered products, automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or related environments Leadership mindset with the ability to influence teams and drive accountability
Pay:
$35.03 - $45.00 per hour
