Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as
ISO 9001.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage projects effectively while fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. Duties Maintain quality management systems in accordance with
ISO 9001
standards. Manage all aspects of the Quality Control department. Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate solutions that enhance product and process quality. Lead quality inspection efforts to ensure all products meet established specifications before release. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and compliance requirements. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in QA/QC roles, with a strong understanding of
ISO 9001
standards. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong understanding of quality audits, inspections, and corrective action processes. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Starting salary is dependent on experience.
