Full-Time | Direct Hire Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with an established company in Carmel, IN! This position is ideal for a quality professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing quality systems, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage supplier quality, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Maintain ISO certification and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee PPAP activities and quality documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and defect prevention.
- Lead, train, and develop quality team members.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality concerns. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of quality supervision or management experience.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and statistical process control.
- Experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities preferred.
- Experience with ISO/QS quality systems preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally, including potential overnight or international travel. Why Apply
