Experience Requirements Experience in QA management positions in automotive-related manufacturing industries 4+ years of experience in quality control and quality assurance management positions

knowledge and audit response experience Handling customer complaints Proven track record of proactively promoting quality improvement activities Manager who can lead problem-solving on site Preferred Qualifications Experience at Japanese manufacturers or Tier1 suppliers. Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred. Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment. Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Quality Manager. Physical Capabilities Combination of desk work and being on production floor.
