High School Diploma or Equivalent

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Area Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible to provide oversight of the homes, individuals and direct care staff. To ensure individuals rights, privileges and safety for all are being met. Adhere to all policies and procedures of CRF First Choice, Inc. at all times. Scheduling of direct care staff for the individual being served. a. When new staff is hired for home b. When fill in staff is needed Announced and Unannounced home visits a. To complete contact log Meetings for clients a. Annual Case Conference b. Quarterly Case Conference c. Meetings as needed All other duties as assigned

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYEMENT

• Complete and meet all required Pre-employment needs.
• Effectively completed CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care.
• Have no criminal history or have a prior criminal history that may potentially be acceptable for this field.
• Complete physical exam, TB test and drug screen with a successful conclusion.
• Read and follow all guidelines pertinent to the responsibilities of an Area Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Communicate well and in a team-spirited way with fellow co-workers, direct care staff and individuals.
• Take direction well from Regional Quality Assurance Director/Regional Director/System Manager and Vice President of Operations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in a home-like setting, in the community, and in an office setting. This could have the potential for exposure to infectious disease. Universal Precautions are required to minimize the risk of infections. The potential for physical aggression from residents exists. Travel to various sites, in and out of the county may be required.
