Perform food safety audits. In conjunction with manager determine status of final product. Perform external-audit testing. Verify HACCP controls. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Degree from an accredited College or University preferred. 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Bakery or food/beverage manufacturing preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead required. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.
