Plant Manager This position has the responsibilities for: Establishing and maintaining the quality management system under the Director of Quality/QMS Rep Auditing the implementation of the quality system under the Director of Quality/QMS Rep Initiating requests for, and follow up on corrective actions Initiating supplier quality surveys and audits Dispositioning nonconforming material / product Communicating with customers to establish standards / requirements or obtain information for clarification The development and maintenance of the EPC Quality Manual, including scheduled reviews and updates (under the director of Quality/ QMS Rep) Issuing deviation in accordance with procedure Establishing and maintaining (with help from Human Resources ) a training program in accordance with the requirements of IATF and the quality system of EPC.. Actively participating in Management Review / QOS process. Entering data in EPC's Computer System General Housekeeping Supervise direct reports across all shifts Responsible for management of inspection system Responsible for managing hold area and containment activities Address routine day to day external and internal quality issues, including interaction and follow up with customers. Responsible for control of inspection equipment, including checking fixtures. Provide information to customers as requested. Performance of other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Quality System In depth understanding of Internal Auditing In depth understanding of problem solving and corrective action process In depth understanding of Statistics In depth understanding of metrology Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers Ability to work effectively in a team environment In depth understanding of Quality Cost analysis In depth understanding of APQP and PPAP processes. Ability to manage and report necessary quality data during
CIC and Management Review Knowledge of Computer System:
Syteline, document locator, SQC pack. Solid understanding of the QMS procedures.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years quality management experience.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
