Description:

Maintain the quality of all manufactured products from receiving to final inspection and testing.

Requirements:

Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately. Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds. Ability to establish effective working relationships. Ability to work independently or in a team environment and plan and organize workload. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office products. (computer literate) Accepts responsibility and demonstrates leadership. Is able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Trustworthy- Able to keep business confidence as required. Open minded- Willing to embrace change.

Education and or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in quality assurance in manufacturing field. Supervisory and leadership aptitudes required.
