We are looking for self-starters that are motivated to grow with the company. We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Representative/Manager. Candidates should have Quality certifications or training such as CQI, CQA, CQE, or B.S Degree in Business or Engineering preferred but not required. Candidates should have minimum five years of experience in aerospace Quality Assurance and a minimum of two years, experience in composites, airplane modification, and FAA repair station experience. Candidates should be able to work as a part of a team with strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates require working knowledge of NADCAP requirements in composites machining, metal forming, assembly and special processes. The candidate should be able to support review of contracts, customer requirements and specifications, and provide assistance to other internal processes such as Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Product Inspection. The candidate should be able to conduct Internal Audits, and support other processes in employee training, when required. The candidate should also be able to interface with quality professionals of Customers and Suppliers and assist in root cause and corrective action processes.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
