Job Description

Overview The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining client's Quality management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer requirements, automotive industry standards , and internal quality objectives. This position will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee quality personnel, manage customer relationships related to quality concerns, and ensure production processes consistently meet quality expectations. Key Skills IATF knowledge & experience, Quality Management Systems (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CMM, Blueprint layout & tolerancing), Automotive products experience. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing quality management within the plastics or automotive sectors. Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001/IATF 16949
standards; familiarity with QMS, SOP's, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections across complex production environments. Expertise in implementing and maintaining robust quality systems and processes. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities. Project management skills to lead continuous improvement initiatives effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and ensure understanding of quality expectations. $87,238.46 - $105,061.38 per year
