Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the site Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with
ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
standards Drive product and process quality by identifying and preventing nonconformities Act as the primary customer interface for quality-related issues, including complaint handling and resolution Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure QMS effectiveness Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to achieve operational excellence Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) to achieve zero defects and minimize waste
