Or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.

The purpose of this position is to establish, maintain and continuously improve the quality system and the productivity in conjunction with all Managers of Eclectic Products, Inc. (EPI). The quality system responsibilities are done in a way that ensures consistent product of the highest quality and that makes process and/or product upgrades based on sound quality principles, so that EPI maximizes customer satisfaction, and minimizes waste and production costs.Primary Duties:
Drive, maintain and continuously improve the Quality SystemIn conjunction with all Managers/Supervisors look for ways to increase productivitySupervisor Quality Control Associate and QC Tech Non-Essential Duties:

Bachelors degree in chemistry or a related science.Minimum of 2 years of product formulation experience.
