Your Impact Team Leadership:
Build and lead a team of quality engineers operating in an agile environment to drive built-in quality in our software applications.
Technical Leadership:
Drive adoption of best technologies and best practices across teams to effectively and efficiently test new functionality to enable rapid delivery of value to customers.
Collaboration:
Work with product owners, scrum masters, and technical leaders to ensure well defined and testable feature definitions.
Execution:
Drive improvement of quality metrics and KPIs for the Performance Engineering Suite of products. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of professional software testing experience. Experience leading teams of quality engineers in an Agile environment. Experience testing software systems using a variety of languages, C# and C++ a plus. Experience developing software behavior tests using Gherkin. Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile Problem solving skills and an attention to detail. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally. #LI-DW1 The salary range for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,700.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
