• Compliance Validation What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Leading and mentoring quality assurance teams to deliver consistent, high-quality test execution Developing and executing comprehensive test plans aligned with product requirements and regulatory standards Overseeing defect management processes, including triage, prioritization and resolution tracking Establishing and monitoring quality metrics to drive continuous improvement Driving test automation strategy and implementation to improve efficiency and coverage Coordinating compliance validation and regulatory documentation to meet industry standards Managing stakeholder communication on quality status, risks and mitigation plans Contributing to quality process improvement and best-practice adoption What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 10-15 years' experience in quality assurance, testing or quality management 5+ years' leading and developing quality assurance or testing teams Proficiency with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution and defect management methodologies Experience with compliance validation and regulatory standards relevant to your domain ISTQB Certified Tester or ISTQB Advanced Tester certification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Additional quality management certifications or advanced ISTQB credentials Experience with test automation tools and frameworks Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in quality contexts Cross-functional experience in product development or regulated environments What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Scope to lead quality strategy and drive meaningful improvements in testing and compliance processes Opportunity to mentor and develop quality assurance professionals Exposure to diverse products, technologies and regulatory environments Potential for contract extension or permanent placement based on performance Flexible engagement with clear deliverables and quality objectives Professional development through hands-on leadership experience About Specialist Staffing Group We connect quality assurance, testing and validation professionals with organizations that value excellence and compliance.
