HUD, EOHLC
rules and regulations, quality control processes and 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a related field Working knowledge of HUD, EOHLC, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Housing Quality Standards (HQS)/NSPIRE, SEMAP, and other applicable federal and state housing regulations Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and ensure program compliance Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and housing management software Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to inspection sites as required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Previous supervisory experience Yardi experience Benefit Information- At Community Teamwork, our employees enjoy best-in-class benefits to support their physical, financial and emotional wellness.
