The organization offers a collaborative environment where quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are central to its long-term success Job Description Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations. Perform and oversee inspections of components, welds, and finished assemblies using engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Manage non-destructive testing processes, including visual, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, and ultrasonic testing methods. Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measurement equipment. Ensure compliance with AWS, AWWA, ASME, ISO, and other applicable industry standards. Drive corrective actions, root cause investigations, and resolution of non-conforming products. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee welder certification and qualification programs, ensuring compliance with industry requirements. Review and approve welding procedures, qualifications, and supporting documentation. Partner with production, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality concerns and improve operational performance. Track quality performance metrics and lead initiatives that reduce defects, rework, and waste. Mentor and train quality personnel, welders, and production teams on best practices and compliance requirements. The Successful Applicant AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is required. Minimum of 7 years of quality management, quality assurance, or quality control experience within manufacturing, fabrication, or welding environments. Strong expertise in
