Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for a Quality Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct all Quality Control staff Oversee inspections and testing during all stages of the manufacturing process Conduct shop, parking area, and road inspections to ensure vehicle readiness Test vehicles to confirm compliance with work order specifications Inspect and approve or reject internal and vendor-supplied components Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support repairs and process improvements Develop and enhance Quality Control policies and procedures Manage documentation including inspection reports, certifications, and critical measurements Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental guidelines
Requirements:
8-10 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment Strong ability to read work orders, interpret specifications, and assess product quality Experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS) Proven track record of implementing process improvements Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and directing teams High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards
