What You'll Do:
Lead quality operations from incoming materials through final inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Oversee quality inspections, testing, nonconformances, and corrective actions Lead root cause investigations, CAPA, 5-Why and Fishbone analysis Own FAT documentation and support customer-witnessed testing Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management to resolve quality issues Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs and electrical schematics Develop and improve SOPs, inspection processes and quality systems Track rework and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive continuous improvement Lead, train and develop quality and production employees Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and third-party inspectorsWhat You Bring:
3+ years of quality leadership or supervisory experience Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Experience with ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Epicor or Oracle Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action processes Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics HVAC manufacturing or sheet metal experience is an assetCompensation & Benefits:
