Job Description Develop and execute the company's global quality strategy, goals, and objectives. Provide leadership and direction for all quality assurance and quality management activities. Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations and business functions. Oversee customer quality, supplier quality, and audit programs worldwide. Drive management review processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality teams and future leaders. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and strategic quality initiatives. Serve as the organization's technical expert in quality systems and quality assurance. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Quality Assurance. Background in high-volume semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments. Deep knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to influence executive leadership and work cross-functionally. Strong leadership, team-building, and talent development experience. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
